Remove dataset by clicking on legend item

To hide a dataset from the chart left-click the appropriate legend item.

Zoom/Pan with mousewheel/left-click + drag

Certain charts are zoom and/or pan-enabled. To zoom in/out use the mousewheel anywhere in the chart area. To pan side to side/up and down left-click in the chart area and drag the mouse in the desired direction. To reset the chart to its default zoom/pan settings click the 'Reset Chart' button ().

Redraw Table

The 'Selected Features' table must be visible on-screen in order to render properly. If a query is performed while the table is collapsed the rows/columns will not line up correctly. If the table is collapsed prior to querying it will automatically refresh when the 'Selected Features' header is clicked, which may take a few seconds to complete depending on the number of selected features. To refresh the table manually click the 'Refresh Table' button ().

Interactive Legend: To hide a dataset from the chart single-tap the appropriate legend item.

Dynamic Chart Sizing: Chart size is dynamic and will automatically adjust to the device's screen width. For most non-tablet mobile devices rotating to a landscape/horizontal orientation will display a larger and easier-to-read chart than a portrait/vertical orientation.

To erase a completed measurement and exit measurement mode left-click on the appropriate geometry button time

Drawing Method One: Single tap on the map once to place a vertex. Keep single tapping on the map to add additional vertexes to the polyline/polygon. Double tap on the map to finish the sketch and return to pan mode.

Drawing Method Two: Single tap the map, hold, and drag to draw a continuous polyline/polygon. Release the hold to return to drawing method one. Double tap on the map to finish the sketch and return to pan mode.

Clearing a Drawing: To clear an existing drawing and stay in sketch mode tap on one of the draw polyline/polygon buttons. To clear an existing drawing and completely exit sketch mode single tap on the map one final time.

Direct vs Horizontal Distance: The line measurement tool displays two different distance measurements: direct and horizontal. Direct distance assumes a flat surface and does not factor in the curvature of the Earth. Horizontal distance accounts for the curvature of the Earth. If the measurement exceeds 62mi/100km the tool will only display the horizontal distance.

Measuring elevation GIF

The contour-like lines show where the vertex will be added with respect to basemap elevation. Use these as guides when measuring elevation changes.

Editing a measurement GIF

Modify a drawing by left-clicking and dragging the circle that appears when hovering over a vertex. The measurement will dynamically update.

Clearing a drawing and exiting sketch mode GIF

To completely exit sketch mode and return to pan mode left-click the Draw Polyline/Polygon button a second time, depending on which button was initially selected.

Drawing a Polyline/Polygon: Single tap on the map to place a vertex. Keep single tapping on the map to add additional vertices to the polyline/polygon. A polyline will automatically finish the sketch after the second point has been placed. Double tap on the map to finish a polygon. Once the sketch has been finished start a new one by single tapping anywhere on the map again.

Measuring Elevation: The contour-like lines show where the vertex will be added with respect to basemap elevation. Use these as guides to measure an area/distance with elevation changes.

Editing an Existing Sketch: Modify a drawing by tapping and dragging the circle that appears over each vertex. The measurement will dynamically update.

Exiting Sketch Mode: To completely exit sketch mode and return to pan mode tap the Draw Polyline/Polygon button a second time, depending on which button was initially selected.

Clearing a Drawing: Single tap the 'New Measurement' button.
